Dr. Sudo is wonderful, but the wait times are unacceptable. After waiting in your car for 20 minutes you then wait inside the exam room for another 60-90 minutes.

Let me start by saying our 3 year old twins have been coming here since they were born. Dr. Sudo and staff are very nice, but the wait times are unacceptable. Both kids got sick with high fevers, since they’re not open on Wednesdays, I called first thing Thursday morning and was told to bring them in at 10:30. When you arrive for your appointment you must sit in your vehicle, they do not allow you to sit in their waiting room. My husband took his work break to help me with them and we ended up sitting in the car for an hour. I do not have to tell you how frustrating it is to wait in a vehicle with 2 sick 3 year olds when it’s 85 degrees out. After an hour of waiting, I walked in to tell the front desk that we would be leaving and taking them to the convenient care where we were seen almost immediately. This is not the first time we’ve had an extreme wait. If they can’t seem to see their patients for when they are scheduled, maybe they should consider having hours on Wednesdays.

Dr.Sudo is one of the best and every single other person there is amazing at what they do. What is frustrating is arriving at 10:30am for a 10:45am appointment and sitting in your vehicle until 12:15pm. Also they are closed Wednesday’s and it says open. The woman for their after hours answering service was the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken to and hung up on me. My 2 year old is sick and her words were well they are closed go to urgent care.

Dr. Sudo is a sweet lady and I'm confident she's good at her job. But, and this is a big but, my daughter is 9 and I've been going to Dr. Sudo since she was 4 or 5 and every single time we've waited in the exam room between 80 and 120 minutes from start to finish. Her practice is never busy when I've been there. 1 or 2 patients at most. I was there today and the other patient ahead of my daughter was done at the same time we were put in the exam room. We arrived at 2:40 for a 2:45 appointment and we were finally done at 4:10. It's completely unacceptable. She does want to make sure your child is healthy but keep in mind you'll be there for hours for no legitimate reason.

Dr. Sudo is the best doctor in the valley IMO. She explains everything in an easy way without making you feel stupid. She is professional yet personable at the same time. She is so knowledgeable and always sends my kids to further testing just in case. The staff is amazing as well. The girls at the desk, the PA, the nurses. I love when I get Rosalie on the phone when I call the nurses line. She's so sweet and caring. I am beyond pleased with my children's care at My Kids Pediatrics.
